Box 3179, Blountville/TN 37617. Checks should be made payable to Sullivan County Trustee. Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Vendor Spaces
Vendor spaces are 12’ x 12’, and are $10 for each space.  Vendors must provide their own tables. Churches and non-profit group spaces are free (See stipulations below).  Fees are non-refundable.  Event is rain or shine. Your space numbers/locations will be available from 6pm-8pm on Friday, and beginning at 6am on Saturday.   Vendors are required to keep spaces and table spaces neat and clean and as attractive as possible. Tables must be draped completely to the ground, and empty boxes must be hidden from view. All items must be placed on tables or display racks with the exception of furniture or extremely large household items. It is helpful to use a nice long tablecloth or quilt to drape over the tables to hide empty boxes, etc. Please do not place sale items, chairs, tables, or boxes on sidewalks.

Registration Permits
Each vendor or table will be required to have an official registration permit issued from the Department of Archives and Tourism. Vendors may pick up their registration permits from 6pm-8pm on Friday or from 6am-7am on Saturday.

Churches and Non-profits Groups
Churches and non-profit groups who wish to participate will not be charged a vendor fee only if proceeds will be donated solely to the church or non-profit group. Personal items for sale may not be included in these spaces, and all individuals with personal items for sale shall be required to pay a vendor fee.  A non-profit tax I.D. no will be required.

Setup Time
Vendors may set up as early as Friday evening, but are fully responsible for the safety of their items overnight.   Vendors are asked to be completely set up before 7:30 a.m. on Saturday morning.  All vehicles must be removed from the street before 7:00 a.m. on Saturday morning.

Avoid a Traffic Jam!
The street can become highly congested from 6 a.m. to 7:30 a.m.  Please allow yourself only 10-15 minutes to unload, then park your vehicle and return to arrange the items within your space.  Remember, the sooner you get your car off the street, the less likely you will become involved in a traffic jam!

In fairness to all, we ask that all vendors conduct sales only after 8 a.m. No pre-sales are allowed.

If a medical emergency arises during the event, please call 911.
